Resilience, faith, and an unwavering commitment to both family and business define the life and career of Sandy Licciardello, a respected real estate professional in the Tulsa area. Known to many as Grandma Sandy, her journey reflects a rare balance of heart, grit, and professional range.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Sandy learned the value of hard work at an early age—experience that laid the foundation for a career built on discipline, adaptability, and results. Over the years, she has earned a reputation for successfully navigating every corner of the market, including
new construction, residential homes, land, ranch properties, and
commercial real estate. She has also been an investor and hands-on property manager, bringing practical insight to every transaction.
At a young age, Sandy became a widow—a turning point that reshaped her life. Determined to move forward, she kept the ranch going while raising her daughters, Loni and Rosie. During that challenging season, Opie became a constant presence on the ranch for nearly 18 years, representing loyalty and steadiness through years of rebuilding.
Later, during a peak season of her career-earning Agent of the Year recognition and closing more than $22 million in sales, Sandy was blessed with the opportunity to take on the full-time care of her grandchildren, Legend and Legacy, welcoming them into her life at the ages of two and six.
Family has always been central to Sandy’s life, along with the responsibility and care of her animals—values that reflect stewardship and devotion both
personally and professionally. Sandy’s next chapter includes the growth of Licciardello & Associates, where she is excited to mentor a select few, knowing that time is both valuable and meaningful.

To my real estate family, my personal family, and my future clients —
This past year has taken me in a different direction as I’ve been caring for my family and walking through some very difficult seasons. During this time, I experienced an unexpected accident while caring for the children, and also the heartbreaking loss of my brother. It has truly been a year filled with challenges and deep personal moments.
I want you to know… I never stepped away from you — I simply had to step in where my family needed me most.
And now, I am back — and I am so ready.
I truly miss being able to take care of people, help families, and make those special connections that mean so much to me. If you or someone you know is thinking about buying or selling — whether it’s land, a home, or an investment — I would be honored to help.
Your referrals would mean more to me than you know.
“A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy dwelling.” — Psalm 68:5
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart… and He shall direct your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
With love and gratitude,
Grandma Sandy 🦋
